Terms of Service

A season pass covers the current NFL season for two connected leagues. Passes stack — a second pass adds two more league slots. Access runs through the end of the season it was purchased for. The draft kit is free for everyone, no pass needed, and stays free.

First 14 days: no-questions money-back. Email support@birddogfantasy.com and we refund the pass, no form, no argument.

After 14 days: refunds are pro-rated by the regular-season weeks remaining. Once fantasy playoffs begin (around Week 15), no refunds— by then the season's value has been delivered. Access ends when a refund is issued; the free draft kit keeps working.

Bird Dog gives fantasy football recommendations — who to start, sit, and add — computed from projections, live sportsbook lines, and public NFL data. Recommendations are informational. Fantasy football involves luck; no outcome is guaranteed, and a recommendation being wrong is not a defect.

Bird Dog is not a gambling product and never gives betting advice. Betting-market data is an input to fantasy projections, nothing more.

Bird Dog reads your league data to make recommendations. It never makes changes to your fantasy team — every swap, claim, or pick is done by you on your platform.

Sign-in is by email link. You're responsible for the mailbox that receives it. Delete your account any time by emailing support — league data and credentials are deleted with it. How data is handled lives in the privacy policy.

ESPN and Sleeper are their own services with their own terms. Bird Dog is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ESPN, Sleeper, or the NFL, and can't guarantee their APIs won't change. If a platform breaks something we rely on, we'll say so on the site and work around it where possible.

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bird Dog's total liability for anything arising from the service is capped at what you paid for it this season. We can update these terms; material changes get announced on the site, and continuing to use Bird Dog after that means you accept them.
